Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our recruiting and employment agency.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, supporting client engagement and promoting our staffing and recruiting services. This role combines traditional marketing activities with business development efforts, including cold calling and in-person client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce agency services and set appointments
• Perform regular client visits to build relationships, understand hiring needs, and promote services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new
clients
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, job board postings)
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
preferred
• 1 years of experience in marketing, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing role (agency experience a
plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and conducting face-to-face client meetings
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and meet goals independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platform
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if client visits are required)
