Job Description

Cullum Group is hiring experienced Exterior Caulking Technicians for ongoing commercial and multi-family projects in Calgary.

This role is for individuals who are comfortable working at heights and can deliver clean, consistent caulking work on exterior building systems.

Scope of Work
Exterior caulking on commercial and multi-family buildings
Windows, doors, expansion joints, control joints, and panel systems
Working at heights using:
Swing stages
Boom lifts
Scissor lifts
Requirements
Experience in exterior caulking (commercial preferred)
Valid Fall Protection certification
Experience working on swing stages
Comfortable operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
Ability to work safely at heights in various conditions
