Quadera Limited is a Property Management Company looking for a reliable person for a full-time property maintenance position.
Duties include:
Cutting grass during the summer
Raking leaves and seasonal yard cleanup
Shoveling snow in winter
Sweeping and general yard cleanup
Cleaning common areas and halls
Hauling loads to the dump
Must be dependable and able to work independently.
Company vehicle provided for work duties.
This is a full-time position with steady work year-round.
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
