Sous Chef – Immediate Start (Moncton Area)

High Tide Food Group is looking for a sous chef to step in immediately.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced catering environment. You’ll be working directly with the chef/owner and leading a small crew on prep days and events.

What you’ll be doing:

Running prep and keeping the kitchen organized
Leading a crew during service and on-site events
Executing menus cleanly and consistently under pressure
Keeping timing tight and standards high

What we’re looking for:

Reliable, shows up ready to work
Strong kitchen experience
Confident leading others and giving direction
Calm and efficient in fast-paced environments
