We are currently looking for a Production Helper to join our team and support the preparation of our in-house sauces and desserts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, portion, and add ingredients into large mixing tanks
- Assist with preparing sauces following set recipes and instructions
- Support industrial-scale batch production (200L per batch)
- Mix and process ingredients under supervision
- Label finished products accurately
- Clean and sanitize equipment, including tanks, utensils, and containers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Assist with receiving and organizing ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with large-scale (industrial) batches
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and punctual

What We Offer:
- $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
- 30–40 hours per week
- Consistent, stable work environment
