We are looking for Class 1 drivers who either:

Already have their own active full authority – start running loads immediately,

or

Need help getting their own truck, trailer, authorities, and insurance – we can guide you through the process step by step.

Two ways to work with us:

✅ Path 1 – You Already Have Full Authority
Own truck, any trailer, own active authorities, own insurance and trailer

You keep 85% of line haul

You invoice us – we pay net 7 - Direct deposit

No forced dispatch – you stay 100% independent

️ Path 2 – Need Help Getting Set Up
We help you with:

Truck & trailer – sourcing, financing, or lease purchase referrals

Authority setup – applying for your own authorities and permits

Insurance – connections to commercial trucking insurance agents

Compliance – ELD, IFTA, IRP, drug & alcohol clearinghouse

Once set up, you join Path 1 and run under your own active full authority.

✅ Requirements for Both Paths:

Valid Class 1 license (clean abstract)

Willing to operate under your own authority (we do not lease you on)

Any trailer type accepted
