Assisting clients with personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Providing mobility support and safe transfers
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment

Your Responsibilities

client care plan
Companionship and emotional support
Completing detailed shift notes after every visit
Reporting any changes in client condition or concerns to management promptly
Communicating professionally with client families when required

What We're Looking For

Valid PSW certificate from an accredited Ontario program (required)
Vulnerable sector police check or willingness to obtain one prior to start date (required)
Reliable, independent transportation to reach client homes (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Punctual, dependable, and genuinely passionate about working with seniors
Comfortable working independently in a private home setting
Experience in home care or long term care is an asset but not required
Tier 2 experienced candidates with advanced personal care skills may be eligible for the higher pay rate based on demonstrated skill and client complexity
