Golden Lake Park Campground is a RV/tent campground just outside of Deacon. We are looking to hire an individual that will enjoy and thrive working with customers, individually, and as part of a team in our front office / camping store. This person will help take care of the dozens of seasonal and hundreds of transient campers during our season (May long weekend to October long weekend). This position includes work on weekends and offers flexible hours up to 20 to 30 per week depending on availability and dependability with an opportunity to return every year with a competitive salary.

-Willing to go the extra mile to ensure a high standard of customer service
-Shows a willingness to learn and grow
-Duties will include, but not limited to:
-Being responsible for the greeting, checking-in, and care of camping guests
-Informing campers of etiquette, rules, and safety regulations
-Collection of payments from camping guests upon arrival
-Completing transactions of store items
-Working with money including both cash and machine
-Clerical duties such as filing, printing reports, and preparing documents
-Working with our online booking and store system
-Making phone calls, answering emails, and having in-person conversations about customer inquiries
-Scooping ice cream
-Stocking inventory and making note of items needed
-Sweeping, cleaning, laundry and other care of the office / store
-Communicating with the maintenance team about any needs or requests
-Training is provided for all tasks. Food safe certificate is considered an asset.
