MAXgreen is a fast-growing exterior renovation company specializing in siding, roofing, windows/doors, and full exterior packages. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, staying organized on site, and keeping projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who knows what they’re doing and can take ownership of projects in the field.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring crews are performing, materials are correct, and jobs are running on schedule and up to standard.

This is not a “learn on the job” role — you need real experience in siding and roofing and the ability to manage people and projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee siding and roofing projects from start to completion
Manage and coordinate crews on site
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
Confirm measurements, scope, and installation details
Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials match orders
Communicate with office staff, project managers, and clients
Identify and solve issues quickly to avoid delays
Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
Requirements
Strong experience in siding and roofing (hands-on knowledge required)
Previous site supervision or crew management experience
Ability to read plans and understand scope of work
Strong attention to detail — mistakes cost time and money
Good communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
