Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prep, wash, and chop meal components.
2. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, fryers, ovens, mixers, slicers, etc.)
3. Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
4. Plate meals according to the instructions of the head chef.
5. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
6. Clean prep station and put away equipment.
7. Follow all restaurant policies, kitchen procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 Months to 1 year of experience as a line cook or similar position.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking).
3. Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
4. Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures accurately.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
6. Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork and excellence.
