The Space: We have a furnished basement room opening up in our 3-bedroom apartment right in Kensington Market. This is a student household, and we are looking specifically for a male student to join us. Move-in is May 1st, and we are flexible on the timeline—we are open to either a summer sublet (May to August) or a full 1-year lease.
The Room & Apartment:
• The Room: The room comes fully furnished, so it is completely move-in ready. Because it is located in the basement, it offers a quiet and private retreat from the vibrant neighborhood outside for studying and relaxing.
• The Apartment: You will be sharing the place with two other male roommates. All the common areas (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) are located up on the main floor. We are pretty low-key and like to keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable. As an added bonus, we have a cleaning service that comes by every now and then to clean the apartment at no extra charge to you!
The Location: You really can't beat this spot. Step outside and you are instantly surrounded by the city's best independent grocery stands, cafes, vintage shops, and restaurants. It is highly walkable to UofT, TMU, and Chinatown, and it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to either the Spadina or Bathurst streetcars.
