It has a rip in the corner behind the cushion but other than that it’s great. It’s comfortable and in great shape with that rip exception. The couch is only outside for the purpose of the photo.
Price is firm and it is priced to sell, we have taken the tip into consideration. We paid $3k for the couch. We can deliver but given the price for gas we are asking $75 for delivery in Niagara Falls or Welland or $50 in St. Catharines.
