Trailer needs a little bit of work so if your handy this is a good one for you. Most rotten stuff in the rear roof an bathroom was fixed and reseald but needs new ceiling panels put up. One panel in the rear bedroom and two in living room. Flooring in living room/ kitchen was replaced just don’t have an updated picture yet. The bed was replaced. Tires are in good shape. Awning works great and is really big. Push out works no problem. Fridge cut out an stopped working two years ago we just used a portable one. A/C was acting weird end of last year. Tested it last week couldn’t tell if it was working or not as it was cold out. Heater works great as well as hot water tank. New water pump and everything with water works as it should. If you your handy then this is for you. Please don’t waste my time. When I get updated pictures I’ll post them. Trailer is currently located Grand marais just before grand beach. Asking 3100 OBO
