The Pelletier Group of companies is looking for customer-focused Automotive Service Writer with strong technical knowledge and a track record of accurately diagnosing customer concerns, coordinating repairs, and delivering clear communication. Skilled at balancing customer satisfaction with shop efficiency and revenue goals.

You will be working in our Mechanical, Tire and Glass divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess vehicle issues, and document concerns clearly for technicians
Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and timelines
Communicate recommended services, costs, and priorities in a transparent way
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians to ensure timely completion
Handle warranty claims and liaise with parts suppliers
Process payments, invoices, and maintain service records
Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels


Compensation:

Benifit package and RRSP contribution
Salary range $60,000-$80,000 dependant on experiance.
