About the Role:
Refined Roofing is looking for energetic, outgoing, and confident sales reps to join our door-to-door team. You’ll engage with homeowners, identify roofing needs, and generate leads that can turn into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit neighborhoods to connect with homeowners
- Identify roofing needs and educate homeowners on solutions
- Generate leads that your Sales Manager can convert into sales

What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, personable, and persuasive
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not required
