Wage:
$25–$40 per hour (depending on experience).

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Install exterior cladding including siding, soffit, and fascia.
• Measure, cut, and install materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints, elevations, and project drawings.
• Ensure all exterior finishes meet company quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Work efficiently alongside crew members and site supervisors.
• Safely operate hand and power tools required for exterior finishing work.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining workmanship standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of carpentry and/or exterior cladding experience.
• Working at heights training/certificate.
• WHMIS.
• Experience installing siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior trim.
• Strong knowledge of exterior construction methods and building practices.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
