Genuine Lazy Boy. Great addition to any room. Burgandy velour texture with some wear but very good condition, sturdy and well built with quiet mechanisms. Comes apart with easy to move ability. Great feature,Reclines away from the wall,the back tucks tight to the wall .Great shape. Fabric protective spray guarded. Price is negotiable to most fair good offers. They look like these only Burgandy. The lighting in my apt. Is not very good.
