At Bradley precision carpentry we are seeking reliable and skilled Labourers and Carpenters to join our growing team. Successful candidates will work on a variety of residential and/or commercial construction projects and contribute to high-quality, on-time project delivery.



Responsibilities



Labourers:



• Assist with general construction tasks on job sites



• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment



• Maintain a clean and safe work environment



• Support skilled trades as required



Carpenters:



• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings



• Measure, cut, and install wood and other materials



• Build frameworks, structures, and finishes



• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards



Requirements



• Previous construction experience preferred (required for Carpenter roles)



• Ability to use hand and power tools safely



• Strong work ethic and attention to detail



• Ability to work well in a team environment



• Reliable transportation to job sites



• Commitment to workplace safety
