Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $36.60 to $38.00 per hour

Duties but are not limited to the following:
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Organize a filing system for confidential company documents
Maintain and update company databases
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Answer queries by students, parents and employees

Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Several years of relevant experience is required.
