A Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. The role combines customer support, communication, inventory coordination, and administrative tasks to maintain a positive customer experience and efficient order operations.

Typical Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Process and track customer orders
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Resolve delivery or product issues professionally
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
