Position is part time to start, likely move towards full time in 6-12 months. We want someone local to Red Deer but you don't have to work in our office all the time, remote from home is also great. We need a self starter who prides themselves on their work. Real Estate is a crazy industry, sometimes the hours are kinda crazy and other times its not. We need flexibility with our team, so that is also an important aspect to consider. When we are busy we are busy, when it slows down, we enjoy the down time to recharge.
