Duties
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient service flow and adherence to quality standards
Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Train new staff members on service protocols, company policies, and guest interaction standards
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times within the facility.
Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and uphold brand standards
Requirements
Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary
Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is mandatory
A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment
