We are looking for a motivated and organized female candidate to join our property management office team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Manage office files and documents
• Assist with scheduling appointments and tenant communication
• Data entry and administrative support
• General office coordination
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous office experience is an asset
