We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join the team at Rockin Johnny’s Diner — a classic 1950s-style American diner known for great food, great music, and great people.

What You’ll Do

* Prepare and cook menu items according to diner recipes and standards
* Operate grill, fryer, flat top, and other kitchen equipment safely
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
* Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
* Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen closing duties
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
* Work efficiently during busy rush periods while staying calm and focused

What We’re Looking For

* Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
* Food Handler Certification is an asset
