Crew Lead / Landscape & Property Maintenance Worker – Full Time

Lucas’s Yard Care is hiring hardworking, reliable crew members and crew leads for the spring and summer season in Edmonton.

We are looking for people who:
- Show up on time every day
- Can handle long physical work days
- Work well with a team
- Learn quickly and take direction well
- Have leadership ability and can help train newer workers
- Take pride in doing high-quality work
- Can operate equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, mowers, etc.
- Want steady hours and opportunity to grow

Work includes:
- Spring cleanups
- Lawn maintenance
- Landscaping
- Property maintenance
- Operating commercial lawn and cleanup equipment
- Leading or assisting crews on residential and commercial properties

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to work
- Able to work long hours during peak season
- Physically capable of outdoor labor
- Landscaping or lawn care experience is an asset, but attitude and work ethic matter more
