Description :
J’ai changé cette pièce il y a un mois, avant de finalement acheter une autre cuisinière. Cet interrupteur à variation continue est encore « neuf », mais comme j'ai déjà ouvert l'emballage, je dirais qu’il est «déjà utilisé, mais presque neuf ». En fait, je l’ai utilisé trois fois pour cuisiner et la pièce est encore en parfait état. Le papier d’instruction est encore dans le sac du produit.

Je vous envoie aussi une capture d’écran des instructions d’installation (dans l’une des photos ci-dessus), car elles ont été fournies avec cette pièce durant cet achat en ligne.

Avant de retirer votre ancien interrupteur à variation continue, prenez du ruban adhésif, un crayon et identifiez tous les fils branchés à votre pièce à changer. Prendre une photo après avoir identifié ces fils peut aussi être utile. Cela facilitera les réparations.

ÉLÉMENT DE SURFACE :

Cet élément pour surface chauffant de 9" est utilisé et l'anneau en céramique est légèrement fissuré des deux côtés. La chaleur intense s'est dissipée et a provoqué ces fissures aux endroits où la sonde y est insérée. Le matériel d'origine est beaucoup plus mince à l'endroit des ouvertures où la sonde traverse l'anneau en céramique. L'élément chauffant fonctionne comme il faut et n'a aucun problème au niveau de chauffage ou au niveau électrique. Cette craquelure n'affecte ni la cuisson ni le temps de cuisson. J'ai remarqué ces fissures en débranchant l'élément chauffant de la plaque de cuisson. Si vous avez un problème avec votre élément de surface chauffant, celui-ci fonctionne encore et je vous fournis également le support bande métallique situé en dessous pour le mettre en place.






4) Élément de surface radiant extensible 9" à 12" support bande métallique (utilisé)

Fonctionnel.

Cet élément pour surface chauffant de 9" à 12" est utilisé et l'anneau en céramique blanche est légèrement fissuré des deux côtés. La chaleur intense s'est dissipée et a provoqué 1 fissure à l'endroit où la sonde est insérée. Le matériau d'origine est beaucoup plus mince à l'endroit des ouvertures où la sonde y traverse. L'élément fonctionne comme il faut et n'a aucun problème au niveau de chauffage ou au niveau électrique. Cette fissure n'affecte ni la cuisson ni le temps de cuisson. J'ai remarqué ces fissures en débranchant l'élément chauffant de la plaque de cuisson. Si vous avez un problème avec votre élément de surface chauffant, celui-ci fonctionne encore, puis je vous fournis également le support bande métallique situé en dessous pour le mettre en place.




Remarque :
J'ai remarqué ces fissures sur l'anneau en céramique en débranchant l'élément de surface radiant de la plaque de cuisson en vitro-céramique. Malgré les fissures qui se trouvent aux endroits minces, les élément de surface radiant fonctionnent sans problème pour la cuisson au quotidien. Je pense que ces fissures sont sur ces anneaux de céramique blanches, car la chaleur intense est nécessaire pour préparer des repas en sautés. Je ne fais que des repas en sautés qui durent environ 15 à 20 minutes. Sur cette ancienne cuisinière, je ne mijote pas pendant des heures et je ne bouille pas l'eau pendant des heures, puisque j'utilise Instant Pot. Je ne fais pas de friture. C'est plutôt rare que je mange des soupes mijoté ou des ragoûts. Alors ce n'est peut-être pas à cause du mijoté (utilisation à basse température pendant des heures), du bouilli ou de la friture. Malgré les aspects de ces fissures en détail, les anneaux en céramique de ces deux éléments chauffants semblent tout de même adaptés à des cuissons normaux ou aux préparations de nourriture en sautées.





COUPE DU DISJONCTEUR À DOMICILE :

Attention ! Avant toute réparation ou remplacement de pièces de l'appareil, il est impératif de couper le courant électrique alimentant le tableau électrique de votre domicile. Coupez l'alimentation et débranchez l'appareil pour éviter tout accident. Le danger de la haute tension est bien réel. Soyez prudent !



J'ai placé les Infinites switch avec leur élément chauffant respectifs dans deux boîtes en carton différents pour faire la distinction entre le grand 8" 9" et l'extensible 9" 12". Donc, le nouveau Infinite switch 8" est avec le grand surface élément radiant de 8" 9", puis le Infinite switch de 9" est avec le grand surface éléments chauffant extensible de 9" 12". Cela facilitera les choses lorsque que les pièces se font changer.

Description :
I changed this part a month ago before I finally decided to buy another oven range. This infinite switch element control is still "new", but as I had opened the bag, I would say that it is "already used, but almost still new". I utilised it 3 times and it works perfectly. The printed Infinite Switch kits paper is still inside.

I also send you a print screen image of the instructions for the installation (in one of the uploaded pictures above), as it came with this product.

Before taking off your old Infinite Switch, take a tape, a pen and identify all the wires on tapes. Taking a picture after identifying the wires can also be useful. It would be easier for repairs.

This surface element for 9" used, and the ceramic ring is a little bit cracked on both sides. Perhaps the high temperature tore it apart as the heat dissipates at the sides of the probe. The original material is much thinner where the original probe is inserted. While using it, there is no heating/electric problem from the element, and everything seems to be functioning as it should be. This crack does not affect the cooking process nor the time during cooking. I recently noticed this particular detail when I unplugged this radiant element from the cooktop. In case if you have an issue with your surface element, I am also giving you the metal spring underneath to lock the surface element in place.

This surface element for 9" 12" is used, and the ceramic ring is a little bit cracked. Perhaps the high temperature tore it apart as the heat dissipates at the side of the probe. The original material seems to be thinner where the probe is inserted from the side. I think that it has cracked because I stir fry on large elements. The high heat from stir frying to make healthy meals is the reason, because I only stir fry food. There is no heating/electric problem from this expandable element while using it. Everything seems to be normal or ok. I also noticed this crack detail when I unplugged this part from the cooktop. In case if you have an issue with your surface element, I am also giving you the metal spring underneath to lock the surface element in place.




Remarks :
I noticed these cracks on the ceramic ring when I disconnected the radiant surface element from the ceramic cooktop. Despite the cracks being found on the ceramic ring's thinner sides, the radiant surface elements still work for everyday cooking. I think these cracks are on these white ceramic rings because the intense heat is necessary for sauteed foods. I only stir-fry 15 to 20 minutes. On this old stove, I don't simmer for hours nor do I boil water for hours, since I use an Instant Pot. I rarely eat slow-cooked soups or stews. I do not fry foods. So it might not be due to simmering (low temperature for many hours), to boiling or to frying. Despite these details, the ceramic rings of these two heating elements seem suitable for normal cooking or for making sauteed foods.




BREAKER DEACTIVATION AT HOME :
Be careful! On the breaker box/circuit breaker panel at home, it is important to shut off the electric current going toward the kitchen/stove/oven range/cooktop/etc  before doing any repairs or before changing parts of the appliance. Turn the power off, and pull out the appliance's plug from the outlet to avoid accidents. The danger of high voltage is real. Be safe!



I placed the Infinites switches with their respective heating elements in two separate box to distinguish between the large 8"/9" and the expandable 9"/12" models. The almost new 8" Infinite Switch Part comes with the large 8" x 9" radiant element, and the 9" 12" Infinite Switch comes with the large 9" x 12" expandable heating elements. This will make things easier.
