Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should be providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in managing the flow of guests and enhancing their dining experience in our restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu options.
• Assist in answering phone calls, and providing information about the restaurant services
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution to enhance

Requirements for Server
• Excellent command on English
• Should be able to speak Urdu or Hindi
• Previous experience of at least one year as server in a Pakistani or Indian fast-paced environment is a MUST, particularly in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a MUST, hands on experience on Toast - POS will be an added advantage, aiding in efficient order processing.
• Excellent etiquette for handling issues related to customer service and inquiries.
• Strong sense of the importance of keeping themselves groomed is a MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in food service settings.
• Should be eligible to work full time in Canada
• Hands on experience in managing inventory would be an added advantage
