Washer is around 3 yrs old. Top load, high efficiency (no agitator). It works very well except once every 2-3 weeks The drum won’t turn and it needs to be unplugged for a day. Then it works fine again. Not sure what the issue is but it is still being used regularly. The dryer is older but works very well.

Dryer: Frigidaire model AEQ6000CES1
