Pay: CA$17.00-CA$19.00 per hour

Job description:

Night Shift
4:30pm - Close

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook a variety of poutine dishes according to our recipes and standards

-Ensure the quality and consistency of poutine dishes

-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

-Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative poutine creations

-Monitor inventory and inform management of any supply needs

-Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

-Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries

Support and train kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant setting, preferably with knowledge of poutine

-Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes

-Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously

-Strong communication and teamwork skills
