Job Type: Full-Time (Day, Evening & Night Shifts Available)

We are a growing transportation company looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a multi-role position covering Accounting and Dispatch.
Responsibilities
Accounting
Invoicing and billing
Accounts payable and receivable
Data entry and record keeping
Dispatch
Coordinate loads and communicate with drivers
Track shipments and provide customer updates
Provide general dispatch assistance
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking/transportation industry
Basic accounting knowledge (QuickBooks experience is an asset)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
