Start Time: 5:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Donut Maker for a large-scale production bakery in Lindsay, ON. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience preparing and producing donuts in a high-volume bakery or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, fry, and finish donuts according to production requirements
Follow recipes, measurements, and quality standards consistently
Prepare glazes, fillings, toppings, and icings
Operate bakery equipment and production machinery safely
Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting
Support daily production targets and timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Donut Maker required
Experience working in a commercial bakery or large-scale production facility preferred
Strong knowledge of donut preparation, frying techniques, and bakery production processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Must be comfortable working early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM
