We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. *Duties*
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering duties.
Manage customer orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
*Qualifications*
Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is advantageous.
