*American comedian and comic actor, Buddy Hackett (born Leonard Hacker; August 31, 1924 – June 30, 2003), was an known for his raunchy material, heavy appearance and thick New York City accent. His notable roles include Marcellus Washburn in The Music Man (1962), Benjy Benjamin in It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963), Tennessee Steinmetz in The Love Bug (1968), Jack Frost (1979), and the voice of Scuttle in The Little Mermaid (1989). A favourite performer of box office screen, television, stage, nightclub, he was also a frequent guest on late-night talkshows, like Johnny Carson, TV game shows and variety shows.
