> Mechanically capable with farm equipment

> Self-starter who can hold things down independently when it gets busy

What You'll Be Doing

> Farm machinery repairs & maintenance — tractors, planters, tillage equipment (~50% of your time)
> Equipment operation — planting, tillage, grain buggy, backup operator as needed (~40%)
> Minor truck & trailer maintenance — air lines, greasing, tires, lights, small fixes (~10%)
