Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Transportation (preferably a truck)
Carpentry Experience
Customer Service Experience

Duties include the following:
• Light Framing carpentry work (landings, decks, etc)
• Finish carpentry work (hanging interior doors)
• Completing Pre move-in inspections & close outs (caulking, paint touch ups etc)
• Small repairs (‘handyman’ type skills).
• Yard maintenance & Site Clean up
• Lifting and hauling of construction material
• Construction related task including cleaning, digging, etc
• Customer service experience would be an asset.

The position will include group benefits (health and dental) after a 6 month probationary period.
