Full-Time Parts & Service Counter Specialist
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts & Service Counter Specialist to join our team full-time (8am-5pm Monday-Friday).


The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with:
• ATVs
• Snowmobiles
• Lawn & garden equipment


Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers at the parts and service counter
• Identify customer parts, equipment, and service needs
• Support the service department with parts lookup and coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional and team-oriented approach


Qualifications
• Experience with powersports and/or outdoor power equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
• Reliable, team-oriented, and strong work ethic
• Parts and service experience considered an asset
