Project Details: 

• Scope: Remove existing white aluminum soffit and install new white aluminum soffit. 

• Area: Approx. 100 sq. ft. 

• Specifications: J-channel to remain as existing. 

• Terms: Piece work. 

Requirements: 

• Must have own reliable transportation. 

• Must be fully equipped with all necessary tools and step ladders. 

• Proven experience in aluminum finishing and trim work.
