Position: Siding Installer (NOC 73200)

We are looking for one full‑time Siding Installer to join our crew based out of Ryley, Alberta. You will work on post‑frame and steel‑frame buildings across rural Alberta, installing metal siding and cladding on farm and commercial projects.

Wages and hours

30.00 per hour

30–40 hours per week

Full‑time, permanent, year‑round work where weather and project schedule allow

Main duties: (aligned with NOC 73200)

Read blueprints, drawings and work orders to determine layout and installation procedures for exterior siding and metal cladding on post‑frame and steel‑frame buildings.
Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installation of siding panels, trims, flashings and related components.
Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products including metal siding, trims, soffits, fascia, eavestroughs and related cladding systems using hand and power tools.
Install, repair and service interior prefabricated products such as doors, windows and other prefabricated building components when required by the project.
Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies; load and unload trucks with siding, trims, tools and equipment.
Erect and install scaffolding, ladders and other working platforms in compliance with safety regulations.
Follow all company safety procedures, including fall protection and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements
Secondary (high) school completion or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year full‑time experience installing exterior siding, metal cladding or similar prefabricated building products.
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, at heights and in rural locations across Alberta.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to our yard in Ryley, Alberta, or willingness to relocate to the area.
Able to read and understand basic drawings and work orders and communicate clearly with supervisors and crew for safety.
Work environment & travel
Work is on‑site only (no remote work). Job sites are typically rural and can be remote, serving farms and commercial clients across Alberta.
Travel to job sites is required; employer‑provided transportation from the yard to sites may be provided.
Accommodation and daily allowance may be provided when working away from home base, depending on the project and schedule.
