BitTrust is looking for outgoing and motivated Mobile Field Agents to help grow our local referral network across Downtown Toronto.
Your role will be to visit convenience stores, bars, restaurants, dispensaries, travel businesses, and other high-traffic locations to introduce our referral partnership program.
The goal is simple:
Businesses place a small BitTrust promotional sticker or QR code in their storefront/window, and we pay them a monthly referral fee for participating.
This is an in-person outreach role ideal for someone confident speaking with business owners and comfortable walking around the downtown core building partnerships.

Responsibilities:
° Visit businesses throughout Downtown Toronto and surrounding areas
° Introduce the BitTrust referral program to store owners/managers
° Explain how the partnership works in a simple and professional way
° Help businesses sign up for the program
° Place approved BitTrust stickers/QR promotional material in storefronts
° Collect business contact information and partnership details
° Track visits, follow-ups, and successful signups
° Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while representing BitTrust.

Requirements:
° Strong communication and people skills
° Comfortable approaching businesses in person
° Self-motivated and reliable
° Basic smartphone skills (photos, forms, QR codes, messaging apps)
° Ability to walk throughout downtown areas
° Sales or promotion experience is a plus, but not required
° Must be professional, organized, and presentable
