Join Dig’er Done Construction & Landscaping — a locally owned and operated company with over 25 years of experience specializing in concrete flatwork including driveways, garage pads, parking pads, basements, and steps throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

We are a fast-paced concrete company looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to our crews for the upcoming season.

Positions Available:
-Concrete Framers
-Concrete Finishers

Responsibilities:

Concrete Framers
-Frame and prepare driveways, garage pads, sidewalks, and various other flatwork projects
-Read grade and ensure accurate layout and measurements
-Set forms and prepare sites for pours

Concrete Finishers
-Finish flatwork including driveways, garage pads, and sidewalks
-Operate hand and power finishing tools
-Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
-Assist with pours, prep work, and site cleanup as needed

What We’re Looking For
-Experience in concrete is preferred
-Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
-Reliable transportation and punctuality
-Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a crew
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn the trade.
