What you should know:
• No long-term lease required; $150 cleaning deposit only; rent is all inclusive.
• house is turnkey and fully furnished including your personal space, which comes equipped with air conditioning.
• Technically, bathroom is shared but other roommate is gone more than home, so feels more private than shared.
• full run of the house and yard which includes large new deck, BBQ, and patio area with firepit.
• your roommates: lovely people, if I do say so myself. We come and go a lot, so the space never feels crowded.
• I like to cook and bake and feel the need to feed- it comes on suddenly- I can’t help myself, so if you like to eat but hate to cook, I offer homecooked meals for an additional fee.
What we should know:
• That you are male and 30-40ish.
• that you are gainfully employed full-time outside the home during the day (I work from home).
• that you are a non-smoker/non-vaper (in or out of the house) and a responsible drinker.
• that you respect yourself and others.
• that you are responsible and clean up after yourself.
• that you are honest, considerate, kind and thoughtful.
• that your friends think you’re the greatest thing since Christmas – or at least your mom does.
