Duties

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers following safety guidelines
Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen work is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures

As a server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to guests
Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience, from greeting to farewell
Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Ensure proper handling of guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions
Follow all safety and health protocols
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders
Assist in other restaurant duties as needed (e.g., restocking, setting up tables)
Qualifications:
Valid ProServe certification (required)
Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment is preferred
