Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our trucking company team.

Job Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in TMS (Transportation Management System)
Receive and handle driver phone calls
Prepare customs clearance documents
Create ACE and ACI manifests
Manage paperwork and maintain organized records
Provide general office support and administrative assistance
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry is an asset
Good computer knowledge and typing skills
Strong paperwork and organizational skills
Good communication and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Starting pay: $19 per hour
