About Us
Urban Rebuild Company Ltd. is a growing construction and renovation company based in Welland, serving clients across the Niagara Region. We specialize in basement ADU conversions, residential renovations, decks, fences, and custom residential builds. With multiple active projects underway in St. Catharines and surrounding areas, we are expanding our team.

Responsibilities
Paint interior doors, trim, baseboards, ceilings, and walls — including prep, priming, and finish coats
Install baseboards, door casings, window trim, and crown moulding
Hang and adjust interior doors (passage, privacy, and fire-rated)
Install cabinet hardware, shelving, and bathroom accessories
Complete minor drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and touch-ups
Apply caulking around trim, windows, tubs, and fixtures
Install vinyl plank flooring (LVP) and transitions
Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout finishing stages
Work alongside framing, plumbing, and electrical crews on active renovation projects

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential finishing, painting, carpentry, or handyman work
Strong knowledge of paint preparation, cutting in, rolling, and finishing techniques
Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools (mitre saw, drill, jigsaw, etc.)
Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Niagara Region
Valid G driver’s licence
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working on ladders, and standing for extended periods
Detail-oriented with pride in producing clean, high-quality workmanship
Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or with a small crew

Assets / Nice to Have
Valid G driver’s licence
Working at Heights certification
WHMIS training
Tiling experience (backsplashes and shower surrounds)
Experience with fire-rated assemblies and firestopping
