Raven Developments is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing modular construction team. We specialize in the installation and completion of large-scale modular projects including hotels, apartments, workforce housing, and commercial developments across Western Canada.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, working outdoors, traveling to projects, and being part of a fast-paced construction environment.


Position Overview:

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations during modular installation and project completion phases. This role involves coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, site logistics, safety, and schedule execution while maintaining quality workmanship and strong communication with clients and project teams.

Most projects are out of town and operate on a shift rotation schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise site crews during modular installation and finishing scopes
- Coordinate crane activities, trucking flow, and site logistics
- Maintain project schedules and daily progress tracking
- Ensure site safety and compliance with company and client requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct site meetings and communicate with project managers and clients
- Review drawings and assist with field problem solving
- Maintain quality control throughout installation and completion phases
- Complete daily reports and project documentation


Qualifications:

- Previous experience supervising construction projects
- Modular construction experience considered a major asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and schedules
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules
- Safety certifications considered an asset (CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection, etc.)


Preferred Experience:

- Knowledgeable in structural and architectural modular connections
- Crane and heavy equipment coordination
- Commercial or multi-family construction
- Remote or out-of-town project work
