No office. No fixed hours. No micromanagement. Work from anywhere in Ontario, on your schedule, your way — alongside your current job or full time. The harder you work, the more you make.

YOUR ROLE:

Connect homeowners, contractors, builders, and property managers with KMG's services
Reach out however works best for you — your neighbourhood, your network, social media, cold calls, door knocking, or referrals
Pass interested leads to our team — we handle proposals, contracts, and delivery from there

COMPENSATION:

Commission per signed project — no cap, no ceiling
Every service category qualifies: solar, structural, design, permits & more
Contracted and invoiced — your earnings are protected, in writing
Paid monthly via e-transfer or cheque
Work this as a side hustle or go all-in — your income reflects your effort
