Requirements:
• Experience in South Indian & Kerala cuisine
• Knowledge of preparing curries, biriyani, snacks, and homely meals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and food quality standards
• Reliable and punctual
• Good posture and ability to stand for extended periods during kitchen operations
