Selling ranger as is where is , I'm not sure what it needs for safety. I do know it needs a u joint , the windshield has a Crack along the bottom. Airbag was deployed in parking lot couple years ago. Starts first bump good tires 4x4 works fine , clean interior. 330 kms drove daily . Runs drives and stops.Replace a few things n put it on the road or make it a great little farm truck. Has box liner.
