$1,500 / 2br - 900ft2 - Pet-friendly 2B2B Metrotown Condo
Description
Looking for a roommate to share my lovely Metrotown condo!
Location: Metrotown area – close to Royal Oak; Metrotown SkyTrain stations, bus stops, Metropolis, Walmart, T&T, cafés, and restaurants.
About the place:
- $1500/month
- Fairly new and clean condo
- You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom
- Fully furnished, with gym access
- Available in mid-June
About me:
I’m a full-time work-from-home professional. Have been living in this place for 5 years so far. I’m quiet, clean, rarely cook, and don’t bring friends over. I’m a super easygoing and considerate person to be with!
Pet-friendly: Cats (or maybe a small dog) are welcome! A cat tree with cat toys is already set up in my room (I used to have a cat but don’t currently.)
✨ Looking for a female roommate who’s quiet, tidy, and independent.
I currently live here - viewings are available anytime. I’m also happy to do video calls to chat and show you the unit! :)
