Up to 40 people are needed to fill the positions of apple harvester and orchard workers for the 2026 season (seasonal, full time, weekend, day).
Must be able to lift up to 50lb, have good hand-eye co-ordination, manual dexterity, able to handle a fast paced environment, and be fit to handle this physically demanding job. Standing for long periods of time, and distinguishing colours is also required. Tasks that will be required include:
-pruning trees, bushes, and vines
-weeding
-installing, and maintaining trellis systems for high density orchard
-preparation of seeds and plants, planting, caring for, and, harvesting fruits and vegetables including but not limited to apples, raspberries, pumpkins, beans, peas, sweet corn, tomatoes, grape tomatoes, squash, cut flowers,
-fruit and vegetable field maintenance
-driving tractors and implements
-use of powered hand tools such as chainsaws, pole saws, string trimmers
-use and maintenance of hand tools such as but not limited to a shovel, pick, rake, machete, hoe, wrenches, wire cutters etc
-planting, weeding, and care of a 3 season growing structure
-preparing of harvested fruit and vegetables for sale
-helping to coordinate to safe production of fruit and vegetables

Own transportation is required as work is in a rural area. Must be able to communicate with, and work with others.
Pay is $17.60 for 60-70 hours per week.
No education required. No experience needed.
